Refund & Cancellation Policy
Overview
This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order or request a refund from StarsSutra. Different rules apply to physical products, consultations, and courses, so please read the section relevant to your purchase.
Physical Products
You may return most physical products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The original packaging, tags, and any certificate of authenticity are intact
- The item is not listed as non-returnable below
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, in which case we bear the cost.
Certified Gemstones
Certified gemstones may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if the certificate seal and tamper-evident packaging remain unbroken. Once a stone has been unsealed, set, or altered, it cannot be returned. This protects both parties against substitution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Energised or consecrated items prepared specifically for you
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Digital downloads and reports once delivered
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Consultations
Cancellation by you: You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not refundable.
Completed sessions: Once a consultation has taken place, it is not refundable. Astrological guidance is interpretive, and we cannot offer refunds based on disagreement with the content of a reading.
If we cannot attend: If the astrologer fails to attend the scheduled session, or a technical failure on our side prevents the session taking place, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at your choice.
Courses
Course enrolments are refundable only if you have not accessed any course content, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase. Once lessons, videos, or downloadable materials have been opened, the enrolment is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the request. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photographs. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically credited within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders for physical products may be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns process above applies.
Important Note
Astrological services, remedies and spiritual products are offered for guidance and personal insight. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds are not issued on the basis that a predicted or hoped-for result did not occur.
