This Shipping Policy explains how StarsSutra dispatches and delivers physical products ordered through this website. Digital items, courses, and consultations are delivered online and are not covered by this policy.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Certified gemstones may require additional verification time before dispatch.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard shipping: ₹80 per order
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,500
- Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on location
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Indicative rates:
- North America (US, Canada): ₹2,400
- United Kingdom and Europe: ₹2,600
- Middle East and Asia-Pacific: ₹1,800
- Rest of the world: ₹2,900
Estimated international delivery: 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these amounts and cannot predict them.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details where available. You can also view order status at any time from your account area.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier disruption, weather, customs inspection, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-delivery charge.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents so we can resolve it quickly.
